Clinton will create at least 5 million new green collar jobs, which will make available openings for low-wage workforce. She will provide new job training opportunities for 1.5 million at-risk youth and help ex-offenders become productive members of their communities. She will support America’s unions by passing the Employee Free Choice Act.
Hillary Clinton will invest $10 billion in universal pre-k and early education and will make college affordable for everyone. She will enact a student borrowers bill of rights.
Clinton will ensure that fathers pay child support, and that the money paid goes to the children who need it.
